How you feel when you found people really want you...?
Bingung.....
When last Tuesday I made a visit to my previous office to deliver some documents .. and helped them for some handicaps with the on going project I've been awarded, I met my nice bos, who is the owner....
I dunno whether it because I left the company in "peace"..so that I was always welcomed to make any visit...and so far...my visits were based on the some assistance they required from me..(makanya welcome banget..hehehee....)...
When I met him in front of the elevator, he, again, told me, that if I feel bored with my new job, then, he and all MTM staff will always happily welcome me back....
This is the -how-many-times he said...and others colleagues did..Ci Pus, Tina, the salesgirls, the customers.....
Thinking about his idea ....
Actually MTM was not so bad...
the salary was fair...
(kata "yang tukang gajian" sih...gaji gue "tinggi" banget dibanding ama yang lebih senior..???////@@????)
commissions was attractive.....
(even sometimes they paid it a bit late..hehee....)
THR was good...
(yah...kadang kadang dapetlah more than one month)
working hours was very flexible...
(mau ijin gak masuk tiba tiba.. gak masalah...mau cuti jalan jalan ..boleh...mau cuti sebulan..juga boleh...pulang jam berapa aja..terserah...kalo gak pulang lebih bagus lagi..hahahaa...kidding)
facilities were not bad....
(yah...dapet mobil, handphone, unlimitted entertainment budget, kadang dapet free trip keluar negeri buat "nonton pameran" doank..not bad kan..??)...
colleagues were friendly...
(yahh..ada juga sih yang reseh and bikin bete.....tapi ya...masih mendingan lah)...
and the bosses were quite gentle...
(and..ehmm...ehm...handsome juga sih....hehehee....)
But...when I discussed it with my boss here...to do both of the job in the same time...he advised me to focus on my current job...(actually he has no private interest in saying this...)...Looking into his eyes when he said this...I saw his disappointment....
so....both of my boss...
want me to be there with them...
then....

Ya.. aku gak ngerti loh kenapa kamu pindah, padahal tempat yg lama asyik banget, lihat fasilitasnya deh...ck.ck.ck.. udah gitu deket ama bossnya lagi, balik lagi dehh..! heheh.. :)
Kue yg coklat itu namanya coklat pekat, walopun bentuknya berantakan tapi enak loh :) Seumur2 itu cake pertama yg gw bikin.. :lol:
It is a nice fringe benefit when your employeers see value in your work and productivity. It opens the sky to more repsonibility, and thus likely more stress, but a possible earlier retirement.
I'm having similar feelings at work. Now if my fingers can just keep up with my mind we will plant a little cherry tree in this garden.
